The Tobin's First Prize Center on Exchange Street in Albany, New York is quite the eyesore for locals who see it on a regular basis, but for adventurous YouTube creators, the old meatpacking warehouse is a destination for those who like to explore the abandoned.
Set for demolition in the very near future, a group of teenagers made the trek inside the decaying building to film some content for their YouTube channel while it's still here, and what they found was as creepy as it was curious.
What's Found in Tobin's First Prize Center in Albany
Once inside the old warehouse abandoned in the 1980s, they found the kinds of things you'd ordinarily see; moldy walls chipped ceilings, graffiti, tattered furniture, and broken beams. But they also found that the old Tobin's First Prize Center is littered with hundreds of checks, piles of cassette tapes and old VHS movies, and literally thousands and thousands of children's toys.
It's unclear who these toys were for and how long they've been sitting in there but like the rest of the building, they're just wasting away. Here's a peek at the peculiar recent findings of the soon-to-be-demolished Tobin's Center in Albany.
